Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to MyDoctors360. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our healthcare marketplace platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Platform Description
MyDoctors360 is a marketplace that connects patients with private healthcare practitioners. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment of medical consultations. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Doctors must hold a valid GMC registration (or equivalent) to list on our platform.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow others to access it.
- We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication for enhanced security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Bookings & Payments
5.1 Booking Process
Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. Unpaid bookings expire automatically (15 minutes for patient-initiated, 48 hours for admin-created bookings).
5.2 Payments
MyDoctors360 collects payments from patients on the doctor’s behalf, as the doctor’s commercial agent. Payment to MyDoctors360 counts as payment to your doctor. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the doctor's base currency. We do not store credit card details.
5.3 Cancellation & Refunds
Each doctor chooses a cancellation policy for marketplace booked appointments. The recommended default is the MyDoctors360 Standard policy:
- Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if changed at least 4 hours in advance, with your full payment credited toward the new booking.
- Changes made within 4 hours of the appointment, or once it has started, will have 50% of the fee credited toward the new booking. Credited amounts are not refundable as cash.
- Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled once the appointment day has ended.
Doctors may instead select Flexible, Moderate, or Strict refund ladders; the policy that applies to your booking is shown on the doctor's profile and at checkout.
On-demand GP queue bookings (when available) are separate: you receive a full refund if MyDoctors360 cannot honour the paid window.
6. Doctor Responsibilities
- Maintain valid professional registration and insurance.
- Provide accurate availability and pricing information.
- Deliver consultations in accordance with professional medical standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with GMC guidelines.
7. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical information when requested.
- Attend booked appointments or cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy.
- Follow up with your NHS GP or emergency services for urgent medical needs.
8. Medical Disclaimer
MyDoctors360 is a marketplace platform, not a medical practice. We do not:
- Provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
- Guarantee the qualifications or quality of listed practitioners (though we verify GMC registration).
- Bear responsibility for the medical outcomes of consultations.
In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend A&E immediately. Do not rely on this platform for urgent medical care.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the platform are owned by MyDoctors360. Users retain ownership of content they submit (reviews, medical information) but grant us a licence to display it as necessary for platform operation.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating another person or healthcare professional.
- Using the platform for illegal purposes.
- Attempting to circumvent security measures.
- Posting false reviews or misleading information.
- Harassing other users or staff.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDoctors360 is not liable for:
- Medical outcomes from consultations booked through our platform.
- Loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
- Service interruptions due to third-party providers.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Privacy
Your use of MyDoctors360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Reward points
1. Earning points. If you share your personal invite link and someone creates a new MyDoctors360 account with it, you and they can each receive 1,000 reward points. To qualify, they must verify their email address and phone number, and complete and pay by card for their first appointment. Paying with points, credit or a gift card doesn't count.
2. Waiting period. Points are added 14 days after that first appointment, as long as it hasn't been refunded or disputed. If a refund or chargeback happens later, the points are removed.
3. Limits. You can earn points for up to 20 successful referrals in any 12 months. Each person can only be rewarded once, as a new member.
4. Who can take part. Doctors and MyDoctors360 staff can't earn referral points.
5. Value and use. 1,000 points are worth £10 of credit. Points can only be used on selected appointments booked on MyDoctors360. We choose which appointments qualify by speciality, by a minimum appointment price, or both, and we may change this. The current list is shown below, under "Eligible appointments", and checkout shows whether points can be used on an appointment, and how many, before you pay. Points can't be used on an appointment that is discounted or part of a promotion. This includes appointments booked with a promo code, appointments shown with a reduced or 'was' price, and appointments with a doctor taking part in a MyDoctors360 fee promotion (such as a reduced commission month), even if your price hasn't changed. We show this on the appointment before you book. We may limit how many points can be used on a single booking. If we change which appointments qualify, there will always be appointments where you can use your points, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before a change that reduces where you can use points you already hold. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
Eligible appointments
All specialities.
Last updated 16 October 2026.
6. Who pays for it. MyDoctors360 funds the credit. The doctor still receives their full share of the appointment price.
7. Expiry. Points expire 12 months after they're added. Expired points lapse and aren't refunded to your card, because they're promotional credit, not money you paid. The oldest points are used first.
8. Refunds. If an appointment paid partly with points is refunded, the points are returned to your account with their original expiry date.
9. Misuse. We won't give points, and we can remove points already given, where we reasonably believe a referral involves: fake or duplicate accounts; self-referral; the same payment card, phone number, device or address as the person who referred them, or as another account; spam or paid advertising of an invite link; a booking made only to earn points; or any other misuse of the scheme. We can pause the referral feature on an account while we check it. If you think we've got it wrong, contact support@mydoctors360.co.uk.
10. Closing your account. Unused points are lost when your account is closed.
11. Changes. We can change or end the scheme. If we do, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, and points you've already earned stay valid until they expire.
